Defect
The aluminium thread in the lid and canister could be compromised under pressure while the Kayser Charger is in use.
Hazards
If the cream whipper is subjected to very high pressure, the lid could separate rapidly from the main canister, possibly causing injury or damage to property.
What To Do
You should stop using your cream whipper and if you purchased it from Stevens you should return it to the store for a full refund.
