In some of the affected vehicles, an intermittent Output Shaft Speed Sensor failure.
Hazards
May result in an unintended transmission downshift.
What To Do
We ask that you contact your local Mazda Dealer as soon as possible to arrange an appointment to have the automatic gearbox software updated.
All work will be performed free of charge to yourself.
